Merchant Empire Event
Escort caravans and raid others to accumulate wealth and Alliance Brawl points.
Merchant Empire is a monthly event in Kingshot that usually shows up right after the Kingdom of Power event week, often alongside the Alliance Brawl event. The event lasts 7 days, but you can only escort caravans for the first 6 days. During these final 4 hours of day 6 spilling into day 7, you can still attack other players' carts, but you can't escort any new ones.
- 1Event duration: 7 days total, with 6 days for escorting caravans
- 2Day 6 is 28 hours long, spilling over into day 7 by 4 hours
- 3Final 4 hours: can only attack caravans, not escort new ones
- 4Earn Alliance Brawl points and rewards for successful escorts
- 5Caravans can be attacked by other players
Rarity System
Four rarity tiers available: N (Normal), R (Rare), SR (Epic), SSR (Mythic). Higher rarities provide better rewards.
- N (Normal) - Basic rewards
- R (Rare) - Improved rewards
- SR (Epic) - Great rewards
- SSR (Mythic) - Best rewards including forgehammers, gems, shards, governor gear
Refresh Mechanics
Each caravan gets one free refresh. After that, use Caravan Vouchers or gems. After the 6th refresh, you're guaranteed an SSR caravan.
- 1st refresh: 100 gems
- 2nd refresh: 200 gems
- 3rd refresh: 300 gems
- 4th refresh: 400 gems
- 5th+ refresh: 500 gems
- Guaranteed SSR after 6th refresh
- 1Send 2 caravans simultaneously
- 2Maximum 4 caravans per 24-hour period
- 3Each caravan takes approximately 3.5 hours to complete
- 4Can be attacked by other players during transit
- 5Up to 50% loot can be lost from 2 successful raids
Assisting Squads
Press the "Assisting Squads" button and choose an alliance member to assist you. Can only be used once per day.
Offering Assistance
Help protect alliance members' caravans through "My Assistance" button. Get rewards based on caravan performance. Can earn rewards for up to 3 assists per day.
Caravan Power
Your caravan strength depends on hero levels, gear, pet skills, buffs, governor gear, and charms. Power updates in real-time as you upgrade.
How to Raid
Find caravans on the world map or in the "Other's Caravan" tab. Can raid from your kingdom or other kingdoms.
- Raid up to 4 caravans per day
- Only successful raids count toward limit
- Raids happen instantly when you tap "Raid Now"
- Can raid the same caravan twice
- Hide your kingdom's caravans with eye icon
Raid Indicators
Visual indicators help you choose targets:
- Crossed swords = player previously raided your caravan
- 🔥 = raided once
- 🔥🔥 = raided twice (max)
- Fire icons show if loot is depleted
- Check cart contents before raiding
Strategic Raiding
Target caravans with competing Alliance Brawl alliance tags to reduce their score. Focus on yellow (SSR) caravans for better rewards.

- 2Use Caravan Vouchers instead of gems when possible
- 3Time your escorts to finish during active hours for better protection
- 4Request assistance from strong alliance members
- 5Offer assistance to allies for bonus rewards (up to 3 per day)
- 6Target SSR caravans when raiding for maximum loot
- 7Raid competing alliance caravans to reduce their Alliance Brawl score
- 8Check fire icons before raiding to avoid depleted caravans
- 9Upgrade hero levels, gear, and pet skills to increase caravan power
- 10Save raids for the final 4 hours when no new escorts can start
